I haven’t explored Marikina, maybe we should go there sometime too. Any restos you’d recommend?

Those books are interesting,I might check out that “Favorite Food Recipes” at NBS SM Marikina if it’s there. Like you,I also need help in the kitchen coz cooking and baking aren’t really my cups of tea. I’d also love to find a list of nice restos around QC and Marikina (Yep,mejo magkalapit lang pala tayo hehe).

Took a friend out to dinner last night at TGIF. Although the food was good, I wish I had chosen another place and not gone with a familiar American name. My favorite for dining out so far in Cebu is Casa Verde which is a lot cheaper and very yummy – but they were so packed and the waiting line was so long while TGIF had many open tables. I guess the locals know where the best good eats are for the price being asked.
