These are Zune’s vet vaccination/deworming records. In my excitement to pick him up and take him home yesterday, I forgot to bring the blue one with me (the original which I even got from the breeder). So the doctor we went to gave me a new booklet.

for toy dogs/small breed sis it is recommended to have 4 shots of 5in1 or 6in1 then an anti rabies shot then 1 6in1 shot and anti rabies shot years after/annually 🙂
