Starbucks Double Shot
Saw this at the grocery on Tuesday and I just had to try it:
It’s the Starbucks Double Shot Energy Coffee Drink. It’s name is a mouthful isn’t it? It tastes just like the bottled Starbucks coffee, but has more kick to it. It kept me alert for a full shift at work after having just two to three hours of sleep.
It comes with a price tag that officially makes it ‘unsustainable’ as a daily drink for me though. Around PhP149 if I’m not mistaken. So maybe I’ll have this once a week, and stick to my own cold brew the rest of the time.

My husband bought this and liked it.It can be a bit pricey but for cofee lovers, its always worth it.

You’re right, it’s kinda expensive to be drinking this everyday unless you get some sort of health benefit aside from the usual caffeine fix.

From the name alone, it’s a coffee drink and at the same time an energy drink? LOL But you’re right, it’s quite pricey, esp if you get the same effect from the cheaper drinks. 😀

I’ve never been one of the lucky people to enjoy coffee, or anything with caffeine. My heart is a little weak to take in even just a few sip of caffeinated drinks. =(
Isn’t it dangerous for the health to be drinking something like this on a daily basis? Must be really strong…

Starbucks coffee drinks are really expensive, but it’s not bad to try it once in a while. 🙂

It’s quite expensive for a coffee in can! =) I might ask my uncle, who works at Starbucks, for a freebie when I get home. =)

I haven’t tried that one yet. When I need a strong caffeine boost and am on a budget, I go for Nescafe Mocha in cans.

Expensive. However, Starbucks has a way of convincing people to buy an P80 coffee. They may have applied the same principles here.

Bought one last week and enjoyed the drink but I won’t be buying more. It’s really expensive and not really practical for Moms like me.
