Glee: Defying Gravity
I’d seen Episode 9 (Wheels) before on TV, but since I’m going through Season 1 of Glee online, I didn’t mind seeing Wheels again. And I really liked the song Defying Gravity. I didn’t know what the musical Wicked was about so I did a search about it and just now found out that it was about the Wicked Wizard/s of Oz. I would have loved to see that show. It was also used as the anthem for the Gay Pride Parade in Los Angeles in 2007. I got all this from Wikipedia.
But what I would have loved more, was if Kurt didn’t intentionally miss the high F and got the part. So anyway, here is the studio version of Rachel and Kurt singing Defying Gravity.

Hi! I loved your blog today! As far as Glee goes? I watched it once, wasn’t really that into it, lol, that’s just me. I’m from New England and I haven’t seen Wicked yet either…gotta go see it one of these days!! Don’t be too hard on yourself about the splurging, you only live once, might as well live it to the fullest! I’m a Starbucks Iced Vanilla Chai lover, but they closed down the one closest to where I live and I’d have to travel miles just to get to another one and I can’t justify the gas for it, lol. I will taste that yummy sweetness once again when I am in the area of a Starbucks. And I’m looking forward to your next giveaway!! I hope you have a great day today and every day!!

Yes! I’ve watched the two new episodes and still love them! Sue’s Madonna number didn’t really appeal to me, but Kurt and Mercedes were awesome. 🙂 I hope you have a great weekend to look forward to!

Thank you 🙂 Oh you’re not the first one I heard who isn’t as into Glee as I am, it’s just like other shows, not everyone would be into it 🙂
to balance things, I’ve decided to limit my Starbucks visit to just a few times each month instead of several times a week! Maybe once a week… hehe 🙂
